Abrasion, Wear and Blowout Protection Sleeves for Wire, Cable and Hoses

ScuffSleeve™ abrasion resistance sleeve for hoses, cable and wire and tubing that are moved regularly or flex in operation can be provided by using ScuffSleeveä, available in 7 continuous round sleeves (braided and woven) and 4 retrofit sleeves with Velcro brand hook and loop closure. These sleeve are available in bulk and shop spools of various standard lengths (see catalog pdf for information of the available lengths).
These sleeves are typically sold in 50, 100 and 150 foot increments. Other lengths may be available. Available in standard ID sizes; larger or custom ID sizes can be easily fabricated. Helps to organize and bundle hoses and cables. Excellent abrasion, scuff and wear resistance. Some sleeves also provide hydraulic hose blowout protection.

Nylon Braided Monofilament Sleeve
ScuffSleeve™ Nylon MonoBraid sleeve for protection of hoses and cables that are moved regularly or flex in operation.
Two versions of the sleeve are available: .020" round filament (2500 abrasion cycle rated) and .050" flattened filament (4400 abrasion cycle rated).
Nylon Woven Sleeve
ScuffSleeve™ nylon woven sleeve for hoses and cables that are moved regularly or flex in operation.
The standard sleeve is fabricated from a tight and dense weave of nylon, with a high denier count of 1050. Often referred to as "ballistic Nylon".
Nylon Braided Sleeve - MIL Spec - Standard and Heavy Duty wall thickness
ScuffSleeve™ is abrasion, wear, cut and puncture resistant sleeve for hoses and cables that are moved regularly or flex in operation or in vulnerable applications such as mobile construction equipment can be provided protection by using ScuffSleeveä.
Meets MIL spec C572 and A-A-59301.

ScuffSleeve™ Fiberglass with Neoprene coating sleeve with hook and loop closure protects cables and hoses from weld splatter and drag abrasion. The fiberglass base fabric allows for a higher level and more intense exposure to weld splatter and sparks than the nylon version of the sleeve is capable of withstanding.
SPF Spray Foam Hose Protection Sleeve/Sock with Hook and Loop Closure
ScuffSleeve™ abrasion resistance sleeve for SPF Spray Foam hoses provides abrasion and wear resistance to SPF hoses being dragged over construction sites and debris. An insulated version provides freeze protection for harsh winter use environments.
