Hose - Black Heavy Duty Tank Truck and Offshore 300PSI
This is a strong heavy duty and highly flexible tank truck hose used for the transfer of petroleum based products under gravity flow, pressure or full suction. It has a smooth outer cover with good flexibility. The working pressure is 300PSI with a 4:1 safety factor. Operational temperature range is -40F to +180F. This hose ha become the standard hose in the industry for in-plant and offshore oilfield operations.
The inner transfer tube is black Nitrile rubber with 55% aromatics. The outer cover is a black neoprene rubber, smooth surface and it has good flexibility. The hose is reinforced with high tensile tire cord plies and it has an internal helix wire to allow suction up to 30 inches HG without suffering collapse.The ends of the standard lengths are finished as soft cuffs to allow for easy termination.
This hose is marked with "PETROLEUM TANK TRUCK HOSE 150PSI WP".
Available in 100 and 200 foot coils and also by-the-foot or by-the-metre lengths.
