Hose - Oil Suction & Discharge Hose - 250PSI - USCG 33 CFR 154.500
This is a heavy duty smooth bore dock hose with high flexibility. Designed for offshore drilling and other demanding applications where a high working pressure is needed along with long lengths. This hose meets USCG 33 CFR 154.500 when properly assembled.
The inner tube is black Nitrile with 55% aromatics. The cover is black Neoprene with a smooth finish. This hose is reinforced with high tensile tire cord plies with an internal helix wire.
This hose is rated to a working pressure of 250PSI with a 4:1 safety factor. The operational temperature range is -40F to +190F. Due to the internal helix wire this hose can be used in suction applications up to 29 inches HG. The ends of the standard lengths of this hose are finished in soft cuffs.
Available in100 foot coils and by-the-foot or by-the-metre lengths. The 10 and 12 inch ID hoses are available in 40 foot lengths.
