This is a rugged hose designed for blender/fracturing operations in oilfield and gas exploration applications. The abrasion resistant cover is constructed to withstand extended exposure to harsh abrasive conditions. Designed for the transfer of 98% water and sand mixtures, oil slurries and crude oil.
The inner tube is a black NBR compound that is fuel and oil resistant. The hose outer cover is a black SBR/Nitrile blended compound which is abrasion resistant. For reinforcement the hose includes high tensile tire cord plies. This hose is rated to 400PSI with a 4:1 safety factor. Usable temperature range is -30F to +180F.
This hose is marked with "400PSI WP BLENDER/FRACTURING DISCHARGE HOSE".
Available in 100 and 200 foot coils and also by-the-foot or by-the-metre lengths.
