Hose - Frac Tank - Heavy Duty Rugged / Hose Assembly

This is a heavy duty & rugged hose for handling salt and fresh water, tank bottoms, crude oil, drilling muds and mild solutions of hydrochloric acids. The outer cover is fabricated with a convolution to allow for tight bends and improved flexibility. This hose is not recommended for refined petroleum products.

The inner tube is a black custom compounded elastomer with low oil swell. The outer cover is a black SBR/Nitrile blended compound providing oil and ozone resitance. The outer cover is convoluted to provide enhanced flexibility.

This hose has a 150PSI working pressure with a 4:1 safety factor. The usable temperature range is -20F to +190F. The ends of the standard lengths of this hose are fabricated with soft cuffs. The helix wire allows this hose to be used up to 25 inches HG in vacuum applications.

This hose is marked as "PREMIUM FRAC TANK HOSE 150PSI WP NOT FOR REFINED FUELS".

The standard lengths are 100 feet and also a hose assembly with fittings which will have an overall length of 43.5" +/- 1". Not recommended for refined petroleum products.
