Hose - Oilfield High Flexibility Suction Hose - 150 PSI

This is a rugged hose for oilfield service where full suction and working pressures are required. The outer tube cover of the hose is convoluted for high flexibility. Not recommended for refined petroleum products.

The hose inner tube is a black custom formulated elastomer with low oil swell. The outer cover is a black SBR/Nitrile blend compound with oil and ozone resistance and is convoluted to allow for easy bending and high flexibility. The hose is reinforced with high tensile tire cord plies and includes a helix wire. The working pressure is 150PSI with a 4:1 safety factor.

The temperature range of this hose is -20F to +180F. The ends of this hose are fabricated to include soft cuffs on the standard lengths. Due to the helix wire this hose has a 30 inch vacuum rating.

This hose is marked with "OILFIELD SUCTION HOSE NOT FOR REFINED FUELS 150PSI WP".
