Hose - Low Pressure Hydraulic Return or Suction - SAE100R4

This hose meets SAE100R4 requirements for low pressure hydraulic return line or suction line for petroleum and water based hydraulic fluids. NOTE: Assembly working pressure is based on the fittings used. Working pressures of 150 to 250 PSI with a 4:1 safety factor.

This hose has an inner tube of black NBR with high oil resistance and a cover of black SBR. The inner tube is ARPM class A and the cover is ARPM class B. The hose is reinforced with high tensile strength tire cord and it has dual helix wires.

Smaller sizes of this hose are rated to 250 PSI working pressure while larger sizes are rated for 150 PSI working pressure. The temperature range for this hose is -40F to +212F.

This hose is marked in red lettering with "(ID) - SAE-100R4 XXXPSI WP". Standard length is 200 feet - other lengths may be available please inquire.
