ROHS REACH & Mercury Free Complaince Statement

This Declaration is made by AB Technology Group.

The Supplier declares that it has read and understands the ECHA Directives on RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) through December 2021. The Supplier hereby certifies that:

All of the products that the Supplier delivers to the Customer from the date of this declaration do and will fulfill and comply with the RoHS and REACH requirements to the best of Supplier's knowledge and belief.

The undersigned Supplier agrees that all supplies from the Supplier to Customer will comply with directives referred to above, meaning that no raw materials, compounds, components or products incorporated into the products supply contain any material or substance banned under said directives and also is free of Mercury content.
